WOW!!! I love what you're doing to the old place. I'm Jerry, the son of the previous owner. The lot is so nice, it's wonderful that a nice updated house will be on it.

Your blog "Plans" mentioned the new floor plan but didn't show it. Can you add it?

I really enjoy being able to see the progress. Nice job on both the blog and the house.

I continue to be amazed with what you are doing to the old place. It looks fantastic!!

We lived there until about 1955. My bedroom was the new laundry room until I was moved upstairs into the middle room that has a small dormer in it. No heat! My sister Nancy had the end room with the two windows (and heat).

I love the blog, great way to document the progress. I'll be coming to Dayton from Penn Yan (upstate New York in the Finger Lakes) this spring for a visit. Looking forward to meeting you and seeing the new old gal in person.
